Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cluchr ("Cluchr," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Cluchr Aero System (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name and email address for each user login, provided by a Customer's Admin when a teammate is added.
• Business data you enter into the Service — customer, supplier, deal, RFQ, quotation, purchase order, invoice, shipment, and inventory records, including any documents uploaded (e.g. certificates, packing lists). This may include supplier banking details entered by a Customer's Admin for payment reference purposes.
• Contact form submissions — if you request a demo through cluchr.com, we collect the email address you provide, solely to respond to your request.
• Authentication data — a session cookie used to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• Authenticate logins and enforce each Customer's data isolation from every other Customer;
• Respond to support requests and demo inquiries; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Cookies

The Service uses a single functional cookie to keep you signed in for the duration of your browser session. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

4. Data Storage & Security

Business data is stored in a Postgres database with row-level security, so each Customer's data is only ever accessible to that Customer's own logged-in users. Infrastructure is provided by Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Vercel (application hosting). Demo requests submitted through the landing page are delivered to our business mailbox via our email provider.

5. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for as long as the Customer's subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for data export, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing sales@cluchr.com. If you are an individual user of a Customer's account, some requests may need to be made through that Customer's Admin, since they control your login.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for use by aviation trading company personnel and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Customers' Admin users by email or in-app notice.
